WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Citing "widespread irregularities" on Election Day, a handful of House Democrats and one senator objected Thursday to the counting of Ohio's 20 electoral votes, delaying the official certification of the 2004 presidential election results.
Kickass. Happy happy joy joy. I was worried for a while that no senator would back this, or maybe that too many would. Having one single nut go along makes it absolutely perfect. It will make absolutely no difference to the certification of the vote and will hopefully harm the whineycrats with the majority of americans who believe the vote was legit. I can only hope that it paints them as whiners and complainers who only mouth that they believe in the will of the people until it goes against them. I'm also hoping that it reinforces the belief in some fo the more rabid dems that the election was stolen. That if it weren't for 'dirty tricks' kerry would have won in a landslide. Last thing I want is for the dems to actually retool and get rid of groups like move.on, michael moore, and the NAACP as the face of the party. If they retool they might actually stumble upon the right mix. It's better if they think that they are the 'silent majority' *snicker* and continue on as they are.
