Some of you might remember when I went on that diet a year and a half ago and that it had been pretty successful. I had been hoping at the time that weightloss would ease the medical issues but it all ended up being bupkis. After that, I saw no point to continue on with the whole mess and the weight came back.
I'm not sure I have a real goal this time around and I don't find the idea of yo-yo'ing up and down sorta interesting. It might be entertaining, in a strange sort of way, to see if I can just flux my weight back and forth for shits and giggles. I'm down around 9% so far and I'm thinking about a bottom limit of around a little over twice that. At that point I can turn the ship around and balloon back up and then drop it again. It might not be the sanest thing to do, but if you're going to be crazy, you might as well be stark raving mad about it.
