Death from above

I finally installed Guild Wars and all of the expansions last night. Since then, I've spent 4-5 hours roaming around, trying to figure out how the game works. I decided to go with a Ranger as my first character and I named him: Ial Shootyoureyeout. Spiffy, eh? At some point I want to make an Assassin named Stabby Mckillalot but it'll have to wait until I finish the current campaign. The other character classes aren't available in the core game.

So, if anyone else has a Guild Wars character and wants to give me a hand or go questing with a Noob, give me a shout. I'm not sure how I feel about the game yet but I'm definitely going to give it some more time before coming to a decision.
